Who you are
- We’re looking for a hands-on PM who is passionate about building great products and turning ideas into results
- 3+ years of experience and success in B2B/SaaS/Web in product management positions
- The mentality to do what's best for the product and our customers
- Experience leading substantial aspects of product management. That means identifying opportunities, defining a product roadmap, creating business cases, driving execution activities, and measuring results
- A data-driven approach to scope and priority management
- Exceptional communication & organization skills
- Working knowledge of Jira, PivotalTracker, Trello or equal project-management software
- Experience working in the P&C insurance space is a plus
What the job involves
- Job Overview: We’re hiring two/three Product Managers to join Snapsheet’s product organization. In this role, you’ll own the strategy, roadmap, and execution for a development team. Current openings include the Claims Management and Foundational Services teams
- As a Product Manager, you’ll lead a key product used by thousands of customers each week. You’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including engineering, design, customer service, and leadership—to gather insights, align on priorities, and deliver impactful solutions
- You’ll use data, customer feedback, and user research to identify opportunities, improve existing features, and build new ones. You’ll launch enhancements, measure outcomes, and continuously refine the user experience
- Working closely with design and engineering, you’ll drive efficient, high-quality delivery while guiding the product through the development lifecycle. You’ll keep stakeholders informed, manage priorities, and ensure projects stay on track
- Determine what our customers need. Leverage internal and external sources, conduct customer interviews, surveys, analyze behavior and develop solutions
- Categorize business problems and conduct competitive research to provide those inputs to design in order to produce solutions
- Craft and maintain the product backlog. Work with design and engineering teams to define, groom, and execute epics & features that drive the most value to our customers
- Communicate & coordinate. Work with designers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to capture problems in user stories and ensure features, epics, and releases are well communicated, understood, and adopted by our customers
- Work with internal stakeholders to negotiate acceptance criteria and find the right balance of scope for now vs. later
- Provide strong evidence and rationale for decision making
- Seamless integration with fellow product managers to ensure that all teams are running in the same manner
- Rigorously leverage data and analytics to drive decisions, features, and design
- Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Design, Strategy, and Implementation to drive initiatives
Our take
Snapsheet delivers end-to-end and modular cloud SaaS solutions for claims management, helping to digitize and automate the space. Its vast capabilities, including an AI-powered damage estimation tool, make claims processes easier to manage and less risk-prone for clients and providers alike.
In recent years, there has been a surge in interest in insurtech, which has certainly helped Snapsheet capture clients and support as it expands. As the sector continues to reassess procedures across the board, a further shift towards automation seems likely, driving yet more clients towards the kind of offerings that the company provides.
Certainly, Snapsheet has positioned itself well in the market, remaining a key player as the sector takes shape. It has shown promising growth and continues to expand its customer relationships, providing solutions that improve the adjuster experience. If it can keep delivering this value it should be able to remain at the front of market development.
