• The Web Analyst is a key role in Pluralsight’s Marketing Analytics team, responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from Pluralsight’s website interactions
• In this role, you will partner with our Digital Experience Team to provide insight into Pluralsight.com user behavior and identify opportunities to enhance user experience and site performance
• Collect, analyze, and report on data such as traffic, visitor behavior, and site performance
• Monitor trends and proactively identify areas for further research, analysis, and testing
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor website traffic, engagement, and conversion
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify clear goals and KPIs for A/B testing
• Provide guidance on A/B test sample size and duration to ensure statistically significant results
• Analyze A/B tests to optimize digital experiences, using data to make informed decisions
• Develop and present analyses and reports to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable insights and recommendations
• Work with the web development team to ensure appropriate specifications for web analytics tracking, including the configuration of data layers, tags, and tracking codes
