Senior Data Analyst, BOXT

• At least 5 years' experience in data analysis

• Help all parts of the company answer often complex business questions
• Work with the marketing team to set up and monitor reporting frameworks for campaigns, KPIs and provide insights to support and inform marketing spend to allow the marketing team to optimise online and offline campaigns
• Drill into customer behaviour and uncover opportunities for better experiences
• Monitor all sorts of data (customer, transactional, operational, marketing, technical, external etc) across our business and provide proactive reports where you think an insight may help us increase revenue, reduce cost or improve our customers’ experiences
• Contribute to the implementation and ongoing development of the Customer data platform, unifying our customers’ touch points from across all platforms and channels in one place
• Support the Data & Analytics Lead to build and maintain robust data solutions, tools, and innovative prototypes to enable self-service reporting and insights
• Contribute to the adoption of Datorama and ensure all business units have appropriate measurable objectives which can be tracked against
• Educate and encourage data-driven decision making throughout the business and our partners
• Work with the Product & Engineering teams to bring data into the concept and discovery phases of future products and services
• Keep up to date with current trends and developments within data. Select the best tools and products to allow us to use data more effectively.
• Maintain & continually optimise our use of existing tools (e.g. Datorama, Google Analytics, Data Studio)
• Analysis and segmentation of the BOXT customer base for use in marketing
• Advanced attribution modelling to provide richer and deeper insights to the marketing team and help us to prove the benefits of Above-The-Line marketing
• Analyse data to discover hidden trends; deliver insights and analysis with clear actionable recommendations
• Document analytics projects in a manner that ensures specific processes can be replicated and scaled across an organisation
• Work with our partners (Google, EDF, B&Q, Halfords) to support their data needs
