• Have prior experience in a startup or fast-paced environment, preferably in a similar Chief of Staff, operations, or consulting role
• Demonstrate strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across various levels and functions
• Have a strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications
• Exhibit a proactive, results-oriented attitude, with a keen eye for detail
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with ambiguity and shifting priorities

Desirable

• Act as the right hand to the CEO and founding team, assisting in strategic planning, goal-setting, and decision-making
• Help coordinate internal and external communications, acting as a liaison between the founding team and other stakeholders
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion
• Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a strong company culture
• Support the identification and management of key partnerships and relationships within the blockchain ecosystem
• Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for meetings, conferences, and investor relations
• Manage some day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes and workflows across the organization
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and innovation of the company by actively participating in brainstorming and ideation sessions
