Who you are
- 2-3 years track record of setting and achieving ambitious sales targets

What the job involves
- Carry out outbound targeted campaigns via email and over the phone
- Engage with inbound leads to generate new business opportunities
- Guide prospects throughout our sales cycle from lead to closing
- Forecast future revenue achievement and monitor KPIs closely
- Collaborate proactively with other teams (product, marketing, etc.)
- Identify upsell/expansion opportunities, alongside the Customer Success team
- Represent Doctrio with empathy, honesty and rigour
Our take
Continuing education is one of the keys to professional success, and health specialists are no exception to the rule. However, once their career has begun, doctors are caught up in their activity and rarely have the time to train well. Combine this with the logistical issues involved in traditional training models, such as journey times and facility organisation, and it is clear that there is a problem with how our health specialists are being trained.
Doctrio wants to solve this. In a nutshell, their product is a range of online courses designed to offer post-qualification training for healthcare professionals. With courses offered to a wide range of potential users - stretching from doctors to massage therapists - Doctrio will be able to access a big potential market with massive scalability.
Founded in the summer of 2021, Doctrio has sparked huge investor interest, managing to secure €3 million in its 2022 seed round alone. New on the scene, its early strategy is focused on what it calls 'hypergrowth' - the rapid expansion of customers and product offerings.
E-learning in general has seen massive growth in the last decade, and Doctrio will be competing directly with a number of companies offering similar services, such as Flexebee and BMJ Learning. Doctrio's key to beating such competition will be outstanding product quality and the creation of a strong and loyal customer base.
