Role
Who you are
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent a plus
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technical product management/engineering, including at least 5 years in a leadership role overseeing multiple technical product lines with a team of at least 4 employees
- Strong technical background across front-end, back-end, and infrastructure technologies and products
- Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience leading teams using Agile development methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives concurrently
- Experience with leading technical products focused on websites, customer experiences, MarTech, Commerce, Subscription, Data, Supply Chain, and Finance is preferred
- Experience with e-commerce and subscription technology is a plus
- Familiarity with working alongside onshore and offshore development teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, adept at identifying and addressing technical product challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of effectively working with cross-functional teams
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and a willingness to experiment
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to align technical product strategies with overall business goals
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and a strong understanding of user-centered design concepts is highly desirable
- Experience optimizing technology infrastructure to support business growth and scalability
- Keen interest in staying informed about emerging technology trends and industry advancements to propose improvements to the technical stack
What the job involves
- Lead, manage, and grow a team of Technical Product Managers overseeing various domains and technology
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute the technical product development vision and strategy
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly experiences
- Manage and maintain the technical product portfolio and roadmaps of the Software & Data Engineering, Design, Architecture, and Application & Systems teams
- Define and prioritize technical product requirements and features using key business drivers
- Develop and maintain tactical and executive-level roadmaps for the engineering team departments
- Provide regular updates on technical product line progress, status, and risks to executive stakeholders
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and experimentation
- Evaluate roadmaps and identify opportunities for innovation
- Collaborate with customer happiness and international teams to tailor technical product features
- Partner closely with MarTech and MarOps teams to solution and support technical products with a marketing business growth focus
- Establish and track technical product metrics to measure success and drive continuous improvement
- Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to direct reports and indirect reports on the engineering team
- Ensure technical product lines meet regulatory requirements, security, and industry standards
- Work with Enterprise Technology teams to align technical product lines with the organization's technology roadmap
- Ensure timely and within-budget delivery of technical product features
- Strengthen relationships with external engineering partners for scalable solutions
- Implement security best practices to ensure data and system integrity
- Optimize technology infrastructure to support business growth and user demand
- Stay informed about emerging technology trends and industry advancements to propose improvements to the technical stack
