Who you are

- Project management reps. You can scope a complex project, break it into chunks, and execute against a work plan. You communicate deliverables regularly and avoid preventable fire drills
- An affinity for technology. You are able to understand the capabilities and limitations of technology (specifically Talkdesk, Totango, Outreach.io, and TaskRay) which allows you to clearly articulate the business requirements of your stakeholders
- A minimum 3 years of ever-increasing responsibility
- Previous experience in CS management and/or operations, Customer Success Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations
What the job involves
- Analyze onboarding trends identify opportunities to reduce time to graduate, inform staffing decisions, and improve onboarding quality
- Manage the business unit’s tech stack & associated processes to help drive productivity and effectiveness of the teams
- Own on performance dashboards and reporting for managers to enable them to effectively manage their teams
- Deftly aggregate data across multiple sources, expertly deliver insights, and partner with a diverse set of teams to improve overall program performance
- Provide general support on ad-hoc projects related to the Onboarding, Fulfillment, and Reconciliations Services teams, e.g., reevaluating onboarding failure types or creating new in-kind campaigns for the fulfillment team
- Assist leadership in the set up of monthly and quarterly goals for team members based on key parameters
- Act as the go-to operations person for all three teams

For real estate agents, closing on a property involves a complex set of multiple transactions and endless paperwork, which can risk confusing and frustrating the buyer. The real estate industry has been slow to innovate and leverage technology to create a more streamlined experience, compared to industries such as retail.
Qualia is the first end-to-end online real estate closing platform. Its suite of products brings together homebuyers and sellers, lenders, title & escrow agents, and real estate agents onto one secure, remote platform. Since launching in 2015, over half a million real estate professionals have used Qualia for their clients.
Although fully digital real estate closings still account for only a small fraction of overall closings, the company is focused on enabling all existing participants to digitize — and eventually the entire industry. According to Qualia, it’s the only way to get enough scale to actually move the process forward.
