Role

Who you are

  • BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field,
  • 8+ years of experience in talent acquisition in SaaS, Start-up/Scale-up and fast-growing environments,
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, interpersonal and decision-making skills,
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environment with the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines,
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring for a variety of roles across different functions,
  • Ability to think strategically and align recruitment efforts with business goals,
  • Strong knowledge of best practices in recruitment, sourcing and social media platforms,
  • Familiarity with job boards, ATS, HR software and databases,
  • Demonstrated ability in using and interpret recruitment analytics,
  • Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (i.e., phone, video, etc.),
  • Full professional proficiency in English and French

What the job involves

  • We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager with full-cycle recruiting experience, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring great employees
  • Building strong relationships with Managers to understand the ins and outs of their departments, their hiring needs and job specifications
  • Creating and publishing job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
  • Sourcing candidates using several databases, job boards, social media etc
  • Screening candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conducting interviews in compliance with best practice and local regulations
  • Closing candidates and assisting with their administrative onboarding
  • Providing analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team
  • Promoting company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Cultivating a diverse talent pipeline, contributing to Odaseva's DEI initiatives
