• Proven experience in retail and resale markets
• Extensive knowledge of luxury handbags, fashion and goods
• Experience in luxury brands and/or ecommerce businesses
• Minimum bachelors level degree
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and flexible
• Ability to lead product workstreams from ideation through to implementation and handle all the hurdles along the way
• Able to track data, research, metrics and feedback and know how to implement findings into providing a better service
• Optimise processes within your teams and across the department to work seamlessly
• Detail orientated, excellent team management and communications skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills; capable of building meaningful client relationships
• Ability to maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion
• Be ‘customer obsessed’
• Travel required

• Manage the entire sell with us process for rlvd.com marketplace, from product acquisition to ready to sell
• Manage all product team members on the product backlog, prioritisation and mapping items to business
• Build and maintain relationships with rlvd.com consignors
• Lead the concierge team to ensure they represent the rlvd brand to the highest possible standard and successfully build client relationships
• Ensure and maintain positive client experiences
