Role
Who you are
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a software engineer
- You have at least one year of experience as a machine learning or artificial intelligence engineer
- You have at least one year of experience working for an early stage startup
- You have experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks
- You have a track record that shows ambition and excellence
- You’ve worked on hard AI problems successfully
- You have strong communication and project management skills
- You combine technical prowess and a product intuition. You can go from vague specs to a minimal implementation that looks good in no-time
- You take pride in your pragmatism: you care more about getting things done than the specific technologies to use
- You have been part of a team that shipped products or large features to users
- You have experience working with NLP and large language models
What the job involves
- Developing and improving Holly's brain functions (classification, LLMs…)
- Enhancing our AI-agent based architecture
- Expanding Holly's knowledge by incorporating relevant public data sources
- Building out our data infrastructure and dashboards

While it is still early days for Hiring Agents, if it can live up to its promise, it is sure to make a big splash in the recruitment sector.
