What the job involves

  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing DevOps/Site Reliability Engineering team focused on optimizing our infrastructure
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to enhance system performance, reliability, and scalability
  • Collaboration: Partner with product and development teams to improve deployment processes, enhance system observability, and ensure seamless CI/CD workflows
  • Challenge Handling: Design, build, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure to support >1 billion monthly requests
  • Hands-on Approach: You remain technically engaged—troubleshooting critical issues, refining automation, and contributing to architecture discussions
