• Warby Parker is on the lookout for a seasoned Senior User Experience (UX) Researcher to join our Consumer Insights & Research team
• In this role, you’ll collaborate with product managers, analysts, designers, and other researchers to share insights and create actionable steps that shape the future of Warby Parker’s customer experience on our website, mobile apps, and other digital products
• Reporting to the Director of Consumer Insights & Research, you’ll use your understanding of various research methods to lead UX Research, establishing best-in-class functions across platforms
• You’ll thrive here if you’re an experienced collaborator and effective communicator who can translate your findings to others and ensure that they’re acted upon
• Work closely with the Digital Product and Experience Design teams to proactively identify research topics and customer pain points
• Design and execute end-to-end custom primary research using a wide variety of methods, including usability tests, surveys, interviews, and diary studies
• Conduct research and influence decision making throughout the product development lifecycle (from generative/discovery through to evaluative/tactical research)
• Influence the ecommerce roadmap and UX designs through a strong understanding of Warby Parker’s customer experience and through effective communication and partnership
• Collaborate with the Consumer Insights & Research team to ensure we’re taking a holistic approach to customer and market research
