Role
Who you are
- You have at least 5-10 years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or marketing operations, preferably in the enterprise SaaS industry
- You have a proven track record in planning and executing successful demand generation campaigns across multiple channels, driving lead generation and revenue growth
- You have a strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and marketing technology stacks
- You are proficient in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads, social media advertising, and retargeting
- You are familiar with marketing automation workflows and lead nurturing programs to drive lead conversion and pipeline acceleration
- You have excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously
- You have strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
- You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- In addition to very good written and spoken English, you also have B2-level German skills
What the job involves
- As a Demand Generation and Marketing Operations Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for driving awareness of our Digital Operations Platform (DOP), generate leads and support Actindos growth objectives
- You will also collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment between the different systems and processes
- You will develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies
- You will plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for enterprise SaaS with professional services across multiple channels, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, and paid advertising
- You will also implement and manage marketing automation workflows
- You manage and optimize Actindo´s marketing technology stack, including Hubspot, marketing automation platforms, analytics & AI tools
- You conduct regular data analysis and reporting to track key marketing metrics, campaign effectiveness and performance, and return on investment (ROI)
- You manage and monitor the company website content updates and analytics
- You will plan and execute marketing and product webinars
- You stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in demand generation, marketing operations, marketing automation, Generative AI, and marketing technology
- You will collaborate with our content, our sales and our marketing teams to develop compelling content and assets, to develop lead scoring and lead nurturing programs and to ensure seamless integration between marketing and sales systems and processes
