Role
Who you are
- A recent university graduate with no more than 2-5 years industry experience
- Approx 1+ years experience in Business or Product analysis
- Full range of product lifecycle experience
- Experience working for a growing startup or technology focused company
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- A desire to join a product-led FinTech
- Entrepreneurial and a self-starter with a keen interest in business analysis
- Excellent people skills and an exceptional communicator
- An amazing problem-solver who is excited about finding new solutions to complex problems
- Technical focus and API experience
- Good stakeholder management and ability to build relationships in remote cross-functional teams
What the job involves
- As a Business Analyst at Form3 no day is the same. You'll work closely with our Software Engineers, Operations Analysts and clients on a wide range of exciting and complex projects
- You'll be involved in everything from writing requirements, defining new strategies, planning capacity, discussing field definition, drawing out flows to answering questions from other teams and customers. Sometimes you'll work on projects as a group and other times by yourself. We give you the freedom to decide how you want to define and deliver your role
- This role is ideal for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual who is at the start of their care
