Who you are
- 5 + years proven experience in scaling up digital marketing within a rapid growth B2B SaaS and international GTM as a head of marketing, marketing lead, growth marketing manager or demand gen marketer, performance marketer
- You speak Dutch and English fluently
- Experience managing paid media channels end to end, from account configuration to optimisation
- Strong experience in CRO and optimizing websites
- Experience in SEO and able to delegate and drive SEO strategies
- Great analytical skills
- Knowing when to be long term strategic, tactical or just roll up your sleeves to get the work done
- Like to be creative and not afraid to think outside the box to get Altura on the map
- Experience in selling to enterprise and international markets
- Not afraid to bring humor and a new approach in B2B
What the job involves
- Scale our ABM, demand gen and capture tactics
- As a Demand Generation Manager (5+ years experience) at Altura you will own paid channels and build campaigns to drive inbound pipeline
- We are looking for a Demand Generation Marketer to join our AI-B2B SaaS startup going scaleup
- You will have a key strategic role in scaling up our inbound acquisition strategies
- Our demand marketing tactics are paying off with a steady growing flow of inbound SQL’s
- Now we’re ready to scale
- You’ll own all paid media channels, demand generation and capture campaigns and tactics
- Together with other marketers in event, content, product and growth, you’ll lead projects and campaigns to drive conversions and inbounds
- Our marketing approach - We grow via a sales-led model with a focus on ABM with Enterprise deals
- Our goals as a marketing team are pipeline creation and revenue increase
- Everything we do (in-house events, content downloads, email campaigns and more) to have these goals at the forefront
- Campaigns: Build, manage and grow demand gen and capture campaigns (you create the demand gen strategies and work together with the team for events, founder brand, articles, videos and whatever you think is needed to drive growth)
- Paid acquisition: Own, plan, execute and optimize all paid media channels (Google, Linkedin, Meta)
- Ad creatives: When there is no designer to help out you write and create your own ads, creatives or memes
- Analytics: Dig into the data and uncover inbound leakage and opportunities for optimization
- CRO: Building and owning landing pages together with our product marketer
- Experimentation: Dig into new customer acquisition opportunities and run experiments
- International: Run our international ABM paid campaigns in the UK and (soon other markets)
- Time - 32 - 40 hours per week
Our take
Nowadays, procurement processes require increasingly complex documentation, and the bidding process can be very repetitive. This wastes the time of teams that must re-enter the same information for every new proposal - which is what Altura hopes to address.
Altura enables teams to scrape data analysis and insights from pre-existing bids and proposals and use this information in the management of future bids. Ultimately, this means that teams can focus on strategy and highlighting value as opposed to the manual tasks of preparing a bid, as well as inform from past failure and success.
Process automation for companies isn’t exactly a new idea, but Altura’s focus on procurement processes gives them an attractive market niche. It’s early days for the company, but it already has European clients across a variety of industries and is using its early-stage funding to fine-tune its product and bring on new hires.
