Who you are
- The successful candidate will apply a digital first lens to the customer experience and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment, possessing strong communication skills and is quick to take initiative
- At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably in the financial sector, fintech or equivalent
- A post-secondary degree in Business, Technology, Marketing or Commerce
- Experience in delivering best in class digital products across multiple channels
- A customer first approach to building products, leveraging research and data paired with empathy to build experiences that create customer stickiness
- Analytical, strategic mindset with a strong business acumen
- Strong leadership skills, able to engage and manage different levels of stakeholders
- Highly motivated, collaborative and innovative
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done
- Previous experience working in digital-native organizations or projects is a plus
- Usability and customer focused design experience a plus
What the job involves
- Flexiti Financial is looking for a Senior Manager, Product Management to join its Product Management team
- As the Senior Manager, you will be responsible for the supporting our cards product strategy including the new product design and development, the customer experience and profit and loss (P&L management)
- Building the roadmap for product based on business requirements
- Represent the voice of the customer and use this knowledge to build and optimize the customer experience
- Champion using data and insights to identify and assess new opportunities
- Integrate research studies into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and ensure user-driven design
- Create scalable processes to continually monitor key KPI’s and optimize financial results and the customer experience
- Manage development of product features and on-going enhancements
- Manage stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership on roadmap
