Role
Who you are
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical degree required or at least 5 years of proven experience at a software company in product management or a similar role
- Comprehensive understanding of the reporting and analytics needs of the office of the CFO
- Experience with Reporting or BI/Analytics tools
- Experience defining or contributing to the strategy for managing performance and scale of a financial management suite or similar SaaS system
- Ability to work across multiple stakeholders and drive product success
- Systems thinking and advanced understanding of how changes in one part of a technical ecosystem can impact many parts of the ecosystem
- Always bring data-informed arguments to the forefront
- Ability to inspire software developers to enthusiastically build to your roadmap
- Deeply motivated by the enormous responsibility of ensuring scalable product and infrastructure features and able to effectively evangelize across organizations to effect change
- Demonstrated flexibility, skill, and courage in making decisions amidst a complex set of constraints and shifting market dynamics
- Skilled at designing scalable, reliable, business-critical systems for large customers
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, in-memory object graph systems, cloud architecture, and automation technologies a plus
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Technical Product Manager (TPM) with extensive experience in delivering products in the Financial Management, or Data Integration space
- As the customer's voice, you'll partner with diverse Workmates across products and functions. Together, you'll work to ensure our product meets customer needs and offers a competitive edge!
- The TPM will drive both product discovery and delivery to help achieve exceptional product outcomes for our customers
- As the TPM, your role will demand close collaboration with cross-functional and cross-product teams, spanning design to engineering, as you guide our products from ideation to product delivery
- Your deep technical expertise will be pivotal in advancing our operational efficiency, data transformation, financial management, and reporting capabilities
