Role

What the job involves

  • As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing our growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned media
  • You will manage a growth marketing agency and collaborate closely with internal teams to drive Kayrros’ market presence, generate leads, and optimize the entire marketing funnel
  • This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong track record in growth marketing, SEO, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and CRM tools
  • Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop, execute, and measure the success of Kayrros’ growth marketing strategy across paid, organic, and owned media channels
  • Manage external growth marketing agencies, overseeing projects related to paid media, SEO, and CRO to ensure effective campaign performance
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to align marketing efforts with company goals and improve conversion rates
  • SEO & CRO Expertise:
  • Lead SEO projects, implementing strategies to enhance website visibility, improve rankings, and drive organic traffic growth
  • Execute CRO projects across various channels, including paid campaigns, email marketing, SEO, and the company website, optimizing for higher conversion rates and improving the user journey
  • Marketing Campaigns:
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies that leverage paid, earned, and owned media to generate Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) and nurture prospects
  • Continuously monitor, optimize, and report on the performance of the marketing funnel
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Sales and Business Development teams to gain insights into customer needs and improve the sales lifecycle through targeted marketing initiatives
  • Partner with Product Managers to gain a deep understanding of Kayrros’ products and their target audiences, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned with product positioning
  • Collaborate with designer and Product Managers to develop compelling content, including social media posts, whitepapers, blog posts, and other marketing collateral
  • Tools:
  • Manage and optimize CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Zendesk to enhance customer engagement and drive retention
  • Leverage automation tools like Zapier or Make to streamline marketing workflows and improve campaign efficiency
  • Strong experience in WordPress for website management, ensuring smooth integration with marketing tools and maintaining website performance
  • Utilize email marketing tools such as Mailchimp and HubSpot to design, execute, and analyze email campaigns that nurture leads and drive conversions
  • Reporting:
  • Report to the CMO and other C-level executives, providing insights on the performance of marketing strategies and their contribution to the company’s growth
  • Oversee the marketing budget, including tracking costs, forecasting expenditures, and reporting on spend vs. performance to the Finance team
  • Analyze campaign performance data to continually refine marketing tactics and improve ROI

From 1999 to 2002 Antoine was president of Electronic Data Systems in France.

Holds PhDs from both Stanford University and Ecole Polytechnique, and is the scientific director of the MASH machine learning MSc at ENS & Université Paris Dauphine. Is a CNRS senior researcher and professor in the computer science department at Ecole Normale Superieure.
