Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years of experience in paid media management, with a strong focus on growth/revenue marketing
- Proven expertise in managing budgets and scaling campaigns profitably
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Knowledge of wider marketing functions is a plus
What the job involves
- Reporting to: Calvin Field, Demand Gen Lead
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Growth Marketing Manager, Paid Media
- You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven paid media strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—such as sales, product, customer success, and the broader marketing teams—you will optimize campaign performance, scale paid media efforts, and strategically manage budgets to maximize ROI and accelerate business growth
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media campaigns to achieve growth objectives, including customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
- Manage campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms
- Optimize ad spend to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business goals
- Analyze campaign performance metrics, including CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc., and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, targeting, and landing pages to optimize campaign performance
- Utilize analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, PowerBi or similar platforms to track and report on KPIs
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages
- Partner with the data team to build dashboards and refine audience targeting strategies
- Present campaign results and growth opportunities to leadership and other stakeholders
- Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and customer personas to create tailored ad experiences
- Implement audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media and digital marketing
- Identify new opportunities for growth by testing emerging platforms and innovative advertising techniques
