What the job involves

You will be responsible for generating qualified discovery calls and conducting online demonstrations with decision-makers for our Sales Executives so they can cultivate opportunities and sell Fixflo to businesses.
Maintaining the sales process
Mapping out target accounts and establishing whether there is a fit
Qualifying prospects and arranging Discovery calls/Online demonstrations
Allocating Discovery calls/Online demonstrations to Sales Executives according to lead allocation system
Updating and managing account information on the Company’s internal systems including any CRM system(s)
Quickly responding to and dealing effectively with any issues

Helping with this is Fixflo. Their product, a smart, web-based repairs and maintenance solution, helps landlords to keep on top of works. Solutions range from repair reporting by tenants to certification management for contractors, all of which are designed to make the process of repairs and maintenance much smoother.

Fixflo has been used by thousands of lettings agents nationwide, and in in 2021 was bought by German property software giant Aareon. Since the acquisition, it has continued to act as an independent entity, although the stepping down of its CEO to give control to Aareon may signify a new, more united future for the businesses.
