- 5+ years of experience recruiting in high tech/SaaS
- Comfortable with ambiguity and high sense of urgency in a very dynamic environment
- Excellent sourcing skills and familiarity with various sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders
- Strong focus on client and candidate experience, excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Experience with Greenhouse ATS a plus
- Experience working in a data-driven recruiting environment with the ability to track and understand key metrics (conversion rates, etc)
- Innovative out-of-the-box thinker. You know the playbook but you’re not limited by it
- A positive attitude: you’re a team player and you work effectively with different teams
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail and the ability to prioritize
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Recruiter to assist us in recruiting top talent to SentinelOne in the Americas region
- You will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting efforts while playing a key role in partnering across the business on best hiring practices, interviewing and closing strategies
- You will exact high recruiting standards with a focus on candidate experience at all stages of the recruiting cycle
- You will be a key member of the team focused on hiring top talent into the company while also managing recruiting related projects
- Manage full-cycle recruiting process: identify, engage, evaluate top candidates
- Demonstrated experience sourcing and maintaining a pipeline of passive candidates
- Be a thought partner to executives and stakeholders to develop strategies, make critical decisions, and drive creative approaches for recruiting top talent across the company
- Act as an advocate for both clients and candidates; establish regular touchpoints and maintain thorough follow-through
- Participate in recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes
- Utilize existing tools to source and discover creative ways to engage candidates
- Work closely with interview teams to create an exceptional candidate interview process and experience

Cybercriminals are now leveraging the power of automation to make the current threat landscape too advanced for a lot of legacy antivirus software. SentinelOne is a cybersecurity company that matches this automation, with machine learning-focused software that is built to help businesses battle online attacks.
The company expanded the scope of its business from the endpoint security market to three markets valued at a combined $30 billion, including the corporate endpoint security and IT operations management markets. This gives SentinelOne a bigger potential customer base, although also puts them in direct competition with more focused cybersecurity companies, in addition to its biggest competitor, CrowdStrike.
When the company went public, it made financial headlines as the highest-valued cybersecurity IPO ever, which gave SentinelOne a market cap of $10B, though it's now fallen to around $4B. It has subsequently launched S Ventures, a $100M fund, through which SentinelOne invests in cybersecurity startups and has expanded its partnership with major tax firm KPMG to accelerate cyber investigations and responses to threats.
