Who you are
- Previous experience within a sales administration/ inside sales position
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to build rapport quickly via outbound comms
- Methodical and highly organised team player, time-management skills and attention to detail is critical
- Capable to work independently and as part of a team
- Are driven to seek out and chase down new opportunities
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with a proactive approach
- Experience using CRM & customer service systems such as Hubspot & Gorgias is key
What the job involves
- Aunch of a new project within the subscription ecommerce space, in order to further grow our B2B business
- This role is a fixed term contract for 3 months, beginning early January 2024 with potential of extension
- The role and the gap that it fills is absolutely critical in ensuring the successful launch of the new project
- Coordination, organisation and attention to detail are all key here, focusing on top of funnel outreach you will be a critical pillar in helping execute the go-to-market strategy as well as ongoing sales strategy for this new business unit
- Focusing on top of funnel sales and marketing you will organise and lead our targeted outreach and introductions to our existing and new customers, understanding their needs and requirements
- Manage customer success via social media and emails, answering customer questions, resolving their concerns and providing additional information
- Qualifying & identifying opportunities from this and take control of the sales calendar, locking in meetings across different cities for the on-prem EMEA sales team
- Provide administrative support to this team, such as assistance with making travel arrangements, maintaining team schedules & prepare supporting sales materials
- Maintaining our customer database called Hubspot, ensuring that all activities from the team are recorded and providing reports and analysis as required
- Be the point of contact and go to person between the sales & marketing and our customers to help improve our sales processes

Whatever it is, it's working. Now selling to over 25 countries and with 2022 investment from French multinational Danone, as long as the company stays true to its roots: coffee and fun, it's hard to see its impressive growth flagging any time soon.
