Role
Who you are
- 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience with a focus on ABM, digital marketing, or demand generation
- Hands-on experience with 6sense (or similar intent platform), Salesforce, and marketing automation tools
- Strong operational and reporting skills—comfortable building and interpreting dashboards
- Understanding of paid media platforms (LinkedIn, Google Ads, display) and audience targeting
- Detail-oriented and process-driven with a passion for accuracy and continuous optimization
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across marketing and sales
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn new tools, technologies, and techniques
- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven ABM Marketing Manager to help bring Sitecore’s global account-based marketing programs to life
- In this hands-on role, you’ll execute multi-channel campaigns, manage operational workflows, and report on performance across key platforms
- You’ll work closely with the Senior ABM Marketing Manager to ensure every campaign is precise, measurable, and impactful
- This is the perfect role for a marketer who is equal parts strategic and tactical, comfortable diving into platforms, analyzing performance data, and optimizing for results
- Partner with the paid media team to support the design and execution of advertising campaigns
- Build target account lists, manage campaign setup, and coordinate with internal teams on creative and messaging
- Use 6sense and Salesforce to monitor account engagement, intent signals, and campaign performance
- Maintain operational excellence—ensuring data accuracy, campaign tagging, and proper tracking
- Create and manage dashboards to report on engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI
- Partner with marketing ops to continuously improve campaign workflows, data integration, and reporting cadence
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital, paid media, field, and product marketing to deliver integrated, account-centric experiences
- Test and adopt AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and personalization

Sitecore delivers an online experience platform that unifies commerce, data and content creation. It provides an integrated customer data platform, digital asset manager and commerce manager, alongside other tools such as SitecoreAI. The goal is to help brands develop personalized digital experiences which cover all the bases of eCommerce within a fully integrated platform.
It may seem that the eCommerce landscape is becoming oversaturated with management dashboards, but Sitecore's move to pull it altogether allows it to stand out. The company also allows individual tools to be purchased separately for specialized use, significantly broadening its appeal.
