Senior Product Designer, ZEBEDEE

• 6-10 years of product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app, web dashboard, and B2B product design
• Experience designing fintech, payments, or cryptocurrency products with complex user flows and compliance requirements
• Expert proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping platforms
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first approaches, and cross-platform design considerations
• Experience designing complex financial products, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces with exceptional attention to information architecture
• Hands-on experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and data-driven design optimization
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to influence stakeholders and advocate for design decisions
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering teams on design implementation and technical feasibility
• Track record of managing design projects from concept through launch in fast-paced, startup environments

• The Senior Product Designer will lead design across ZBD's multi-currency product portfolio.
• You'll own the design strategy and execution for our consumer mobile app, developer dashboards, B2B platforms, and emerging product lines.
• You'll be responsible for scaling our design capabilities while remaining hands-on in crafting experiences that make complex financial technology accessible and engaging.
• You'll play a critical role in partnering across product, engineering, and marketing to ensure design excellence drives user adoption and business growth
• Own the design strategy and vision across ZBD's entire product ecosystem, including consumer mobile apps, developer dashboards, B2B platforms, and web experiences
• Lead hands-on design execution from concept to launch, creating wireframes, high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and design systems that scale across multiple product lines
• Establish and maintain design consistency and quality standards across all ZBD products, ensuring cohesive user experiences from consumer-facing apps to enterprise dashboards
• Partner closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centered design solutions
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand consistency and compelling user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention touchpoints
• Drive user research initiatives, synthesizing insights from user testing, analytics, and stakeholder feedback to inform design decisions
• Scale the design team operations, establishing processes, workflows, and tooling that support distributed collaboration and efficient design delivery
• Evolve ZBD's design system, ensuring scalable, accessible, and consistent design patterns across web and mobile platforms
• Optimize conversion funnels and user flows through data-driven design iterations and A/B testing
• Design complex financial workflows, making cryptocurrency, stablecoins, and fiat transactions simple and intuitive for both technical and non-technical users
• Stay current on design trends, gaming trends, fintech UX patterns, AI and emerging technologies to continuously elevate ZBD's design standards
• Balance user needs with business objectives, compliance requirements, and technical constraints in all design decisions
