Desirable

• As our Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to our Recruiting Coordination, Team Lead and support the Coordination team
• You will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes, systems, and policies
• This is a 12 week program minimum (5 days onsite) at our HQ in San Francisco at Pier 70 (located right by the Warriors stadium!)
• Overseeing coordination for early careers
• Maintain systems for tracking weekly Recruiter Progress Reports ensuring data integrity
• Manage tracking systems for interview improvement plan implementation
• Distribute candidate experience surveys to gather feedback on the hiring process
• Collaborate with the team to assist in the development and use of visualization tools for data analysis
• Conduct audits on various aspects of the job posting process, including job descriptions, interview stages, forms, and permissions
• Ad-hoc projects as needed
