Who you are
- Possess and deliver excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating the ability to present thoughts clearly, accurately, and succinctly

- 5-7 Years or Equivalent Experience managing large scale brands/programs in a client facing role
- 1-3 years experience managing project management or program management staff
Desirable
- Fluent in Google Suite, with emphasis on Sheets and Slides
- Digital/social/print production experience a plus
- Monday.com or SmartSheets proficiency
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Group Program Director to join Translation!
- Key partner to Business Leadership Team in managing brand(s) from a business and profitability standpoint
- Work closely with Business Leadership Team to form a trusting relationship and to aid in optimal management of working teams
- Help to define and drive the process of developing creative solutions from inception through delivery
- Advocate for program management's role and deliverables on both day to day assigned brands as well as brands staffed by assigned program managers
- Manage assigned program management staff, inclusive of training, reviews, and one on one mentorship
- Actively monitor issues and new developments, keeping the team informed, and proactively problem-solving
- Act as an escalation point for assigned program management staff, providing counsel and tactics/solutions for any issues that may arise
- Motivate team to collaborate effectively, looking out for the best interest of the work and our business
- Develop staffing plans and change orders for assigned brands, and act as PM approver for staffing plans developed by assigned PM staff
- Work with department leads to allocate the right team(s) for each program or workstream
- Have foresight to predict and/or spot issues and resolve at a moment’s notice

The service allows users to retain the rights to audio masters and audience data, in addition to providing a platform for the sale of merchandise and concert tickets. The platform’s aim is to give artists full control over the monetization of their music based on a regular subscription cost.
UnitedMasters has attracted significant backing from heavyweights like Apple, a16z, and Alphabet, while securing partnerships with platforms like Bose, TikTok, and Twitch. More than just validation, these relationships expand how artists can be discovered, promoted and monetized at scale - opening doors to major commercial and record deal opportunities that go well beyond the reach of traditional distribution platforms.
