- Prior exposure to Salesforce or CRM systems is a plus (not a must)

What the job involves
- Internship to be started in September/October 2025: Be advised that this position requires a signed agreement with your Business School or University
- We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Sales Operations Intern / Graduate to join our London team for 6 months. You will work side by side with our Sales Operations Analyst in a dynamic, fast-paced environment—gaining hands-on experience in sales processes, CRM systems, data management, and business analytics
- You'll support the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams, contributing directly to process improvement, operational efficiency, and strategic projects
- Salesforce & Systems Support:
- Provide day-to-day support to the Sales team on Salesforce processes and troubleshoot issues
- Assist in data quality initiatives and system integrity projects
- Create and update process documentation, guides, and user support materials
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Support the analysis of sales performance and market trends
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to drive actionable insights
- Help prepare presentations and data summaries for internal meetings and business reviews
- Process Improvement & Project Support:
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on cross-functional projects
- Gather feedback from local and central teams to recommend improvements to tools and processes
- Contribute to projects aimed at optimizing sales operations and enhancing business impact
