What the job involves

US Market Launch Support: Play a key role in our expansion into the US market by helping to research, prospect, and contact US-based retailers as we grow our wholesale presence in the US, learning how new accounts are identified, approached, and onboarded
Sales & Account Support: Managing the sales process from first contact through to order, including follow-ups, answering retailer questions, and helping manage reorders and ongoing relationships - ultimately contributing to the company sales target
Order Processing & Operations: Assisting with wholesale order processing, coordinating with our US fulfilment partner, and helping ensure stock is moving smoothly from production through to delivery
Amazon & Marketplace Support: Supporting the management of our Amazon US account, including sending stock into Amazon distribution centers, maintaining listings, running ad campaigns and helping with performance monitoring
Faire & B2B Platform Management: Helping manage our Faire account, including updating imagery, product information, SEO, and supporting outreach to new retailers through the platform
Email Marketing & Campaign Support: Assisting with B2B email marketing campaigns to retailers, including list building, campaign setup, and performance tracking
Broader Business Exposure: There will be opportunities to get involved in other areas of the business as needs arise — from product launches to operational improvements — giving you exposure to how the wider company runs
Reporting & Organisation: Keeping records of outreach, orders, and operational tasks using simple tools and spreadsheets, and supporting reporting on progress and learnings
Trade Shows & Events: Supporting the team at trade shows and events, helping with preparation, meeting retailers, and following up leads afterwards
