What the job involves
- EliseAI is growing rapidly - to support that growth, we are looking to add a Sourcer to our recruiting team. You will work closely with Recruiters, Recruiting Coordinators and EliseAI leadership to bring exceptional talent to EliseAI. The ideal candidate will have passion and experience around innovative sourcing and outreach strategies, technology, and recruiting best practices
- Proactively identify and engage passive candidates for diverse roles across the organization utilizing advanced boolean searches and other sourcing techniques
- Execute sourcing tasks with a focus on prioritization to deliver high-quality candidates promptly, ensuring no compromise on candidate quality
- Extend candidate searches beyond LinkedIn by leveraging the capabilities of our ATS, tapping into employee networks, reviewing GitHub contributions, and exploring other innovative avenues like in-person events
- Quickly adapt sourcing strategies based on evolving hiring needs, market trends, and feedback from the team to continuously strengthen candidate pipelines
- Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs and identify candidates who are the best fit for specific roles while providing insights on market conditions to shape recruitment strategies
- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and the technical skills required for roles to ensure that sourcing strategies are consistently aligned with market conditions

A significant reexamination is needed in regard to how estate agents serve and communicate when in-person interactions are less feasible. EliseAI, previously MeetElise, provides AI-powered leasing agent software that aims to solve this problem.
The company deploys machine learning to fill communication gaps between agents and clients, in addition to providing mixed reality solutions for digital property viewings. The startup claims that their software increases conversion rates from traditional leasing methods and tools by more than 65%, responding instantly to 90% of custom inquiries for over 250,000 properties. 60% of the top 50 real estate businesses in the US use EliseAI, whilst 30 million residents and prospective customers have had conversations with the AI.
Estate agents across the globe have developed digital platforms to serve customers digitally. However, EliseAI presents an all-in-one solution that aims to support estate agents and their clients, regardless of whether in-person communication is possible. Funding secured by the company will be used by to propel its growth and prop up its already secured equity capital.
