Senior Product Manager, Epsilon

• Program management skills: Proven experience managing multiple projects, activities, and timelines that span product strategy, enhancement prioritization, product backlog, product documentation, competitive analysis, and go-to-market support
• Strong problem-solving ability: You will uncover and understand customer problems, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape.
• Ability to understand and prioritize customer problems and articulate them clearly to build requirements for future development. This role does not need to define ‘how’ to technically build the solution. Instead, advocating ‘why’ and detailing business and user requirements are key
• Collaborative mindset: You excel at collaborating across teams to achieve a common goal, and you are adept at influencing others with facts and clear communications.

• You will support the product operational processes, product strategy development, customer requirements gathering, competitive intelligence, go-to-market activities, and sales enablement for our solution that enables managing an accurate view of customers for marketing and supports analytics, owned and paid channel audience activation
