Senior Technical Recruiter, Abridge

• Must have experience owning full-cycle Engineering recruiting at a fast-growing startup
• Experience being a consultative partner to hiring leaders, driving and challenging decision-making to ensure high-quality hiring
• Has the business acumen to discuss skill and capacity gaps within a team, determine what role is needed to fill that gap, and how that position will affect the business
• Understand how to recruit remote talent and collaborate with distributed teams
• Demonstration of polished written and verbal communication both to candidates and to colleagues
• Proven experience managing competing priorities and communicating decisions to multiple stakeholders
• Experience using and optimizing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Ashby is a plus
