Role
Who you are
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in group accounting or external audit
- In-depth knowledge of IFRS; familiarity with HGB is a strong advantage
- Hands-on experience with consolidation tools (e.g. LucaNet)
- Advanced Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a collaborative working style
What the job involves
- In this role, you’ll play a key part in our consolidated financial reporting, working across entities and systems to ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement
- From intercompany reconciliations to automation initiatives, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a collaborative, international finance team
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with IFRS
- Execute group-wide consolidation processes, including intercompany reconciliation and eliminations
- Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and internal reporting requirements
- Support the onboarding of new subsidiaries into the group reporting structure
- Drive improvements and standardization of consolidation and reporting processes
- Collaborate with auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders on all IFRS-related topics
- Contribute to special projects such as automation and finance system implementations
