Who you are

Recent experience in a start-up environment, along with good understanding of corporate and regulated businesses
Comfortable with building/maintaining positive relationships with stakeholder holders
Good project delivery methodology – preferably Agile/Scrum. In addition to understanding Data Science and how it can be applied to the financial industry
Practical experience of software development – preferably PHP
Ability to effectively lead a team

What the job involves

The role will work closely with the Fabric Senior Leadership team, to ensure innovation and Data Science is at the heart of everything we do whilst maintain key stakeholder relationships within Aviva and external suppliers
As the Technology Architecture Manager, you will lead a growing team of Technology developers, Data Scientists and project roles – both external contractors and internal Aviva staff
You will be responsible for the governance applied to our IT architecture and IT/data security, along with identifying third party suppliers to support innovation
