What the job involves
- We are rapidly growing and looking to add talented and passionate people to our Customer Inbound Sales Development team
- This is a unique role focused on growing and selling into Zoominfo’s existing customer base
- Your job will be to field customer requests, uncover pain points and help generate upsell opportunities that grow our customer accounts
- You’ll receive world-class training, be surrounded by incredible coworkers and leaders who are invested in your growth, and get hands-on experience building the foundation for a rewarding career in tech sales
- Engage and qualify inbound leads from current customers to build pipeline for our Account Managers
- Lead with curiosity and ask thoughtful discovery questions to identify gaps, goals, and opportunities
- Articulate the ZoomInfo value proposition by educating customers on how our full suite of solutions can solve challenges across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Recruiting
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers to identify strategic expansion opportunities
- Build trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders
- While you will be working with customers, this is not a customer service or support role. You will be tasked with selling and engaging with customers on a daily basis. Assuming successful, you will progress into roles where you will be expected to cold call prospects who may not be aware of Zoominfo
