What the job involves
- We are looking for a Project Specialist (f/d/m) to be part of the Production Team
- Organize Shooting Assignments with different Stakeholders
- Handle your own Clients and provide an outstanding Client experience
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Challenge processes and create new ones (this is the only way to grow Backbone)
- Keep our Knowledge base up to date and write down new processes
- Help us scale our Production
- Be able to adapt to new processes and structural changes
- Be a team player. We only succeed if we are a team
Our take
The real estate industry relies in the digital age on high-quality imagery to competitively market their residential or commercial properties. This is where Backbone comes in.
By completely automating the process, Backbone is freeing up time for both the freelance photographer and the client. The company has focused on a tech-first approach, providing a smooth ordering experience and software for clients to store and manage their visuals.
The company wants to create a new category of ‘Visuals-as-a-service’. That means developing a whole ecosystem to allow real estate companies to manage and automate all the visual production required for their listings.
The ambition of the company is a compelling one but their plans to rapidly scale up this ecosystem and technology means greater demands on their supply of freelance photographers. Consequently, they must be cautious of any compromise in the quality of the visuals delivered.
