• You are a creative and tech-savvy individual with a passion for storytelling and a keen understanding of social media platforms,
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, in the B2, preferably in SaaS
• Strong writing and editing skills, with an understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices
• Proficiency with social media platforms and social media management tools
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and the ability to adapt content to different platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and draw insights from social media and content performance

• As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for crafting a distinct brand personality and delivering compelling content that resonates with our target audience in the hospitality sector
• You will play a key role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our audience, and building brand loyalty through organic social media management
• Brand Development:
• Develop and maintain the brand's tone of voice and personality that aligns with our values and resonates with our target audience
• Content Creation:
• Make ongoing efforts to truly understand the customer needs, product’s benefits and the business challenges to create deep content that resonates with the market
• Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content for various platforms, including blog posts, social media posts, video content, website content, email newsletters, and more
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of content
• Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure a consistent flow of content
• Work closely with our SEO specialists to make sure content is well optimised for organic search
• Develop light touch customer communications (product updates, newsletter, support CS with onboarding comms)
• Social Media & Community Management:
• Manage and grow our social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and following
• Monitor and respond to social media comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to drive organic growth
• Look for and engage with social community groups within hospitality industry
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Analyse social media and content performance using relevant tools and metrics
• Provide regular reports on key performance indicators and make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Collaborate with different stakeholders:
• Work closely with the marketing team to align content and social media efforts with broader marketing campaigns and objectives
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content
