Role
Who you are
- Experience in Product Management, Live Ops, or related roles in mobile gaming, ideally in Free-to-Play
- Proven track record of taking products to market, from pre-launch strategy through to post-launch optimisation
- Strong statistical literacy and confidence working with performance data to make evidence-based decisions
- Skilled in stakeholder management — able to balance perspectives, maintain momentum, and keep decisions aligned with goals
- Hands-on experience in experimentation and applying results to improve player engagement and monetisation
- Knowledge and understanding of casual puzzle games, including player motivations and monetisation loops
- Excellent communication skills — clear, persuasive, and collaborative
What the job involves
- Join our Product Management & Insights team and play a central role in shaping the success of our games
- You’ll take ownership of live operations, guide products from launch to market, and use data-led experimentation to maximise performance across our key titles with a particular focus on casual puzzle games
- You’ll collaborate across Production, Analytics and Game Development teams, building alignment and momentum around product strategies
- You’ll analyse trends, test hypotheses, and deliver feature and event plans that drive engagement, retention, and monetisation
- Your ability to manage stakeholders — from developers to executives — will be key in championing ideas, presenting your rationale with clarity, and guiding the studio toward the most impactful solutions
- Lead live operations strategies for key titles, including content planning, event optimisation, and performance tuning
- Drive product launches from concept through to market release, aligning teams and ensuring strong commercial outcomes
- Design, run, and analyse experiments and A/B tests to validate ideas and optimise player experiences
- Collaborate with Analytics to interpret performance data and spot trends, opportunities, and risks
- Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across disciplines, clearly communicating recommendations and securing buy-in
- Stay on top of player behaviour patterns, competitor strategies, and market developments in the casual puzzle genre
