Senior Fullstack Software Engineer, Sage

• 5+ years of professional development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Proficiency in an object oriented backend coding language
• Proficiency in modern frontend languages and frameworks
• Experience delivering on complex features through the product lifecycle (i.e. design, build, release, and support)
• Demonstrated ability to grok a wide range of technical disciplines (breadth) and expertise in a few specific ones (depth)

Desirable

• As an engineer on the Care Platform, you will collaborate with cross-functional peers to design, build, ship, and maintain features that address the critical needs of our users
• You will play a crucial role in the ongoing evolution of our stack, ensuring scalability and maintaining a high standard for reliability and performance in our solutions. Our platform continues to evolve as we onboard
• Own the implementation, delivery, and support of features across the stack to unlock powerful and useful features for our users
• Write high quality, maintainable, and well-tested code across the stack
• Break down product requirements into incrementally deliverable tasks, and execute on them, shipping on a weekly basis
• Maintain a performant, low-friction API between frontend and backend services that provides a good balance of usability and performance
