- We are currently seeking rising junior and senior students to apply for our summer internship program

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- Basic understanding of SQL and relational databases
- High level of attention to detail/accuracy
- Exercise discretion and good judgment and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Positive attitude approaching any task no matter how big/small
- Approaches projects with creativity and is willing to think outside of the box
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel for Denver, Colorado for the intern kickoff week and possibly the Intern executive presentations
- Rising juniors and seniors pursuing a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
- Applicants to be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis from June to August 2026
- Must be willing to commit to a 10-week internship the Summer of 2026 (June-August) on a full-time basis

What the job involves
- We are seeking a Data Analyst Intern to join our Product Reporting & Analytics team supporting our healthcare SaaS platform. This internship provides hands-on experience working with real-world healthcare data, analytics tools, and cross-functional teams
- As a Data Analyst Intern, you will support the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical insights that inform product and business decisions
- You’ll gain exposure to modern data platforms such as Databricks and ThoughtSpot, while learning how data supports healthcare operations, product strategy, and financial performance
- You will work closely with experienced analysts, data engineers, and business stakeholders to develop technical skills, analytical thinking, and professional communication
- What You'll Learn:
- How analytics supports decision-making in a healthcare SaaS environment
- Best practices for SQL, data modeling, and dashboard design
- Exposure to healthcare data such as billing, claims, utilization, and product usage
- How cross-functional teams use data to improve outcomes
- Data governance, quality validation, and documentation standards
- You'll assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards using ThoughtSpot and internal analytics tools
- Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data from Databricks
- Support data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Help document data definitions, reporting logic, and analytical processes
- Participate in exploratory data analysis to identify trends or anomalies
- Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to answer business questions
- Contribute to ad hoc analyses and short-term projects
- Present findings in a clear and structured way with guidance from mentors
- Learn and apply best practices in data security and HIPAA compliance
