Product Strategy & Operations, Stripe

• 7+ years of experience in a strategy, business operations, or highly analytical role at a technology company, or similar experience in management consulting
• Ability to add structure and clarity to ambiguous, open-ended problems, and distill complex findings into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations
• Ability to understand complex, technical products and articulate their value to non-technical audiences
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple functional stakeholders
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, demonstrated by a track record of driving alignment and complex decisions with senior cross-functional leaders
• Experience working directly with Product and Engineering teams
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in influence-without-authority environments and contexts with a high degree of ambiguity
• Strong oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to work effectively with multiple, cross-functional stakeholders, including users
• A “can do” attitude, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously

• The payments landscape is changing rapidly, and our team is at the forefront of this transformation. Stripe’s Global Product Strategy & Operations team is a small, high impact team. We help run the Global Product organization, which is responsible for helping Stripe and our users expand globally, as well as one of Stripe’s fastest-growing payments business: Adaptive Pricing
• We develop the long-term strategic plan for products, drive an operating model that allows the organization to operate at scale, and design and incubate high impact 0→1 initiatives. Whatever it is, we work on what will move the needle most for Stripe
• In this role, you will work cross-functionally within our group and across Stripe’s technical and user-facing teams to solve problems that benefit our users
• Work on cross-cutting company strategy projects and collaborate with teams to implement changes
• Partner directly with senior leaders and cross functional teams to accelerate progress, solve hard scaling initiatives, and incubate new programs
• Drive analysis and research to help inform our overall strategy and make the right growth decisions for global products
• Help shape the product roadmap for the Global Product business through robust gathering of competitive intelligence, user insights, and data analysis
• Advise Product, Engineering, GTM & cross-functional leadership teams on where resources should be deployed to maximize long-term strategic value
• Partner with Finance to drive planning processes, including investment decisions, strategy updates, operational plans, and OKRs
• Maintain a pulse on the financial health of the Global business, highlighting key metrics and trends and developing action plans to drive improvements
