Who you are
- We are currently expanding our Sales team and looking for a motivated and native French-speaking Sales Account Executive to join us in driving the growth of our business banking division
- This role requires excellent communication skills in French, a keen understanding of business banking needs, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced startup environment
- A degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (and/or relevant professional experience)
- Experience in account management, ideally in the FinTech or financial services sector
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach
- Analytical thinking with a structured and results-oriented work style
- Proficiency in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce and Aircall) and common office applications
- Fluent in both French and English, other languages are a plus
- High self-motivation and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- As an French-Speaking Phone Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our business accounts to small/medium business owners and freelancers
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, while also developing new customer accounts
- Proactively support customers in using our products and services
- Analyze customer needs to offer tailored solutions
- Independently manage accounts and take responsibility for their growth and satisfaction
- Help customers successfully onboard to ensure they can fully utilize our services
- Work closely with internal teams to relay customer feedback and continuously improve products
- Assist in the execution of cross-selling and up-selling initiatives to meet revenue goals
- Prepare regular reports and analyses on customer activities and key performance
