Role
Who you are
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- 3+ years leading sales teams responsible for SMB and Mid-Market cohorts
- Experience with high velocity sales cycles
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales acceleration tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Gong)
- Experience with pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and driving outbound performance
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results
- Proven ability to coach reps selling into SMB and mid-market accounts
- Familiarity with sales frameworks like MEDDICC or BANT
- Excellent communication skills and a values-driven leadership style

What the job involves
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager, Mid-Market & SMB to lead a team of Account Executives (AEs) in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- This individual will be responsible for building a scalable sales engine, optimizing conversion funnels, and ensuring consistent performance across all stages of the sales cycle
- Hire, onboard, build, and coach high velocity sales teams
- Conduct regular pipeline reviews, sales coaching, and performance evaluations
- Develop and execute a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy to drive growth and profitability
- Identify and prioritize high-value customer segments and markets for acquisition
- Develop, execute, and iteratively improve on an onboarding plan that makes sales team members productive in < 60 days, fully ramped in < 90 days
- Evaluate and test new acquisition channels and strategies for scalability and ROI
- Lead with integrity executing respectful transparency to ensure a healthy culture
- Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and goal-oriented team environment
- Communicate with professionalism with leadership and throughout the company
- Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and conversion strategy, and with Customer Success to ensure a smooth handoff
- Help optimize sales playbooks, talk tracks, and outbound strategies for high-volume deal cycles
