Role
Who you are
- You are intellectually curious about working at the cross-section of healthcare and technology for the purpose of driving positive health outcomes
- You are a natural storyteller who can take complex information and ideas and simplify them into customer-friendly messaging
- You enjoy launching new products with a strong go-to-market (GTM) strategy and you are a problem solver looking for new opportunities to improve product experience for our customers
- You are comfortable working cross-functionally across product, sales, and marketing teams and can adjust and reprioritize projects to meet the company’s needs
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in product marketing
- Professional experience in B2B enterprise-level technology
- Deep familiarity with and the ability to demonstrate a sophisticated understanding of programmatic technologies and/or strategies
- Experience in health or media strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of HubSpot, Salesforce, Jira, Canva, and Asana a plus
- Proven track record for supporting go-to-market strategies, including sales enablement, marketing promotion and competitive intel
- Can translate and condense highly technical product offerings and concepts into language for a variety of audiences
What the job involves
- You will have the opportunity to shape the product marketing function within a rapidly growing company
- In this role, you will be responsible for driving adoption and retention of PulsePoint’s suite of programmatic and analytics products
- You will partner closely with the product, sales, and marketing teams to execute on product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategy, exceptional customer experience, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence
- You will help drive and scale our marketing targeted to healthcare advertising agencies, pharmaceutical, medical device, and other healthcare organizations
- Serve as the voice of the customer by shadowing sales calls, conducting user research, and identifying market trends
- Lead new product and feature launches, helping to develop messaging, launch assets, and serve as the presenter and coordinator of product training
- Build and deliver sales enablement kits, arming our GTM team with compelling collateral, that communicates PulsePoint’s value propositions and points of differentiation, and drives adoption, including pitch decks, one-pagers, explainer videos, and case studies
- Execute product marketing assets to support marketing campaigns across all relevant channels in collaboration with the marketing team
- Leverage data-driven insights and competitive research to help inform the sales and product team

PulsePoint is a healthcare tech provider that uses real-time data to provide insight into patients. It uses machine learning and programmatic automation to better understand this data, enabling clinical diagnoses and solutions to be delivered more quickly and accurately.
With its range of analytics solutions, PulsePoint aims to improve predictive aspects of healthcare. The company recently launched its Signal technology, which draws together a range of physician-to-patient data, enabling healthcare organizations to cross-reference with their own information to gain fresh insight.
The global Big Data market for healthcare is expected to be worth $78 billion by 2027, according to an analysis by Emergen Research, and PulsePoint is setting out to be a big part of this growing sector. Having been acquired by Internet Brands in 2021 but remaining an independently run entity, it will benefit greatly from the expertise and market reach of its parent company and their portfolio of health media companies, including WebMD and Medscape.
