Role
Who you are
- 5+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B technology company
- Strong understanding of programmatic advertising and/or digital media strategy
- Experience as a trader, campaign manager, buyer, or DSP/platform user is a strong plus
- Healthcare or pharma media experience preferred (agency or in-house)
- Comfort using AI tools and productivity platforms (e.g., Jira, Trello, Claude, Gemini, etc)
- Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging
- You are intellectually curious about the intersection of healthcare and technology
- You proactively ask questions and dig deeper to uncover insights
- You are detail-oriented and take pride in delivering high-impact work
- You thrive in fast-paced environments and can reprioritize as business needs shift
- You enjoy launching new products and improving the customer experience
- You are a natural storyteller and presenter who can simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
What the job involves
- You will help shape the product marketing function at a rapidly growing company serving healthcare marketers across agencies, pharmaceutical and medical device brands, and broader healthcare organizations
- In this role, you will drive adoption and retention of PulsePoint’s programmatic and analytics solutions through clear positioning, differentiated messaging, and an impactful go-to-market strategy
- Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing, you will enhance customer experience, strengthen sales enablement, and deliver actionable competitive insights
- Act as the voice of the customer/end-user by partnering closely with Sales and Trading teams to uncover insights, shape ICPs, and identify market opportunities
- Lead product and feature launches from positioning through enablement, ensuring teams are confident and market-ready
- Turn platform capabilities and performance insights into clear, compelling stories that drive adoption
- Develop high-impact sales materials (decks, one-pagers, case studies, playbooks) that highlight differentiation and best practices
- Use data, competitive insights, and AI tools to continuously refine messaging, improve go-to-market strategy, and support revenue growth
