What the job involves

Groq's Summer Internship Program runs from May - September and is full-time during the duration of the internship
As a distributed systems engineering intern, you will have the opportunity to work on development and optimization of our large-scale systems that power the fastest inference engine in the world
You will work closely with our team to improve system performance, implement distributed computing solutions, and gain hands-on experience with high-performance computing systems
This is an excellent opportunity to learn about distributed systems architecture and develop skills in system optimization, performance analysis, and scalability
Contribute to the development and optimization of distributed systems components
Learn and write code in multiple programming languages (Go, Python, C++, Rust)
Work on performance analysis and system optimization projects
Collaborate with experienced engineers across different parts of our stack
Learn about system architecture and performance debugging
Document and present your work to the team
