Who you are

3+ years of experience in quota carrying SaaS roles (Sales, Account Management); minimum 2 years working with customers
Proven track record of exceeding quota attainment via $50k+ ACV new business or cross sales
Experience managing a high-volume MM customer book of business with a balance of relationship-building and transactional efficiency
Strong discovery and consultative selling skills; the ability to translate customer pain points into tailored solutions
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with executives, operations teams, and technical stakeholders
Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, scaling environment

What the job involves

We’re looking for a self-driven, customer-obsessed Mid-Market Account Manager to join as a founding member of our new Account Management team. As an Account Manager at EvenUp, you’ll be the CEO of your book of business, building lasting executive partnerships with our MM law firm clients to help them maximize the value of our AI platform. You’ll manage renewals, identify expansion opportunities, and cross sell new product lines to existing customers
Own an revenue expansion quota for a seasoned MM book of business
Partner with CSMs to proactively engage customers at key lifecycle events: post-onboarding check-in, business reviews, annual renewals, significant business activity (M&A, firm expansion, new markets)
Build and manage a pipeline of commercial opportunities via repeatable outbound prospecting
Consult with firm executives and operational leaders to understand their operational challenges and goals, providing tailored solutions
Navigate a solution sales process by building relationships with multiple external and internal stakeholders through remote and in-person meetings
Negotiate and coordinate customer procurement and contract execution for renewals and cross sales
Take an entrepreneurial approach to your book, using creativity and strategic thinking to build long-term partnerships that fuel both customer success and EvenUp’s growth

Our take

Every year, millions of personal injury cases in the US are resolved with only a small fraction going to trial, leaving many victims potentially under-compensated due to inaccurate settlement proposals. EvenUp aims to change this by leveraging AI technology to streamline the assessment of injury cases.

The AI tools evaluate raw case files, including medical and police records, creating tailored "demand packages" that present comprehensive compensation arguments. This improves lawyer performance and victim outcomes.

Despite concerns about AI bias and privacy, EvenUp has garnered significant investor interest, closing a funding round in 2024 that was one of the largest in the history of legal AI. Now valued at over $1 billion, it is investing in its team and introducing new techniques and products for personal injury and other legal areas.
