Role
Who you are
- 2–4 years of experience in growth operations, ideally within a SaaS or marketplace environment
- Strong analytical mindset and mastery of data analysis and reporting tools (Google Sheets, dashboards, CRM, etc.)
- Solid knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, and lead enrichment tools (such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Demonstrated experience in lead generation, qualification, and conversion optimization
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable working with Marketing, Sales, Ops, and Product teams
- Results-driven, autonomous, proactive, and able to prioritize actions based on business impact
- Fluent in English; French is a plus
What the job involves
- As a Growth Operations Analyst at Mirakl Connect, you’ll play a key role in driving the efficiency and acceleration of our SMB business by turning data into actionable insights and optimizing our entire sales and marketing funnel
- You’ll collaborate cross-functionally to manage and improve conversion rates, spearhead experimentation, and ensure our go-to-market plans are data-informed and impactful
- Funnel Analysis & Management: Build, monitor, and improve dashboards that track every stage of the customer journey (from lead to retention). Segment prospects, analyze cohorts, and surface the highest-performing ICPs
- Optimization & Experimentation: Contribute to A/B testing and experimentation across landing pages, onboarding, and offers. Identify and recommend quick wins to boost qualification, activation, and retention rates, and drive continuous improvement with RevOps, sales, and marketing
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as the connecting point between Marketing, Sales, Product, and Ops, ensuring seamless funnel management and alignment on strategic initiatives. Facilitate the feedback loop to refine campaigns, scoring models, and support processes
- Data & Tools: Leverage analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) to monitor, analyze, and optimize performance
- Go-to-Market & Acceleration: Contribute actively to the rollout and scaling of the SMB business—benchmark user journeys, analyze segment performance, and help prioritize markets and seller personas
Our take
Mirakl is a SaaS platform that provides the technology and partner ecosystem needed to launch an eCommerce marketplace. There are a couple of major benefits to this : if a store doesn't hold an item a customer wants in stock, it can be sourced seamlessly through marketplace partners, and it allows eCommerce retailers to hold a lot less inventory especially in less-requested lines.
Since its founding in 2012, Mirakl has helped more than 450 companies develop new marketplaces to drive product adoption. It currently works with consumer-facing enterprises, including Macy’s, Decathlon, Best Buy and Sonepar, and industry-specific B2B companies like Airbus Helicopters, Toyota Material Handling and Accor’s Astore.
Mirakl has raised a large amount of capital in multiple rounds of funding. Investment has been used to grow its engineering and customer success teams, enabling product development and a broader reach. With solid revenue growth and an expanding global footprint, Mirakl seems set to increase its lead in the market moving forwards.
