Design Specialist, HealthHero

Desirable

• As a HealthHero Design Specialist you’ll be responsible for the creation of visual assets that support branding, lead generation, and product marketing needs
• From concept through to execution, our Design Specialists focus on continuously improving the client and end user experience by bringing our brand to life while striving for consistency across all our various touchpoints, online and off
• Champion the visual quality and consistency of the HealthHero brand and related sub-brands, supporting the delivery and ongoing iteration of brand guidelines and libraries to facilitate consistent use
• Surface and bring innovative new ideas to the table for design and content creation, advocating for the value and importance of good design practice
• Design and implement creative concepts across print, social and digital advertising campaigns – stills and motion - providing project management and guidance for third party freelancers and agencies when required
• Collaborate across the marketing team to support the design and execution of a wide variety of visual assets - including website design and content marketing (social media assets, PowerPoint decks, white papers etc.) - translating strategy and value propositions into compelling, persuasive visual materials
• Support the work streams for the delivery of multi-channel B2B brand awareness and lead generation campaigns; marketing to new and existing clients
• Work alongside all teams including product, technology, and sales to create content for new product launches, sales enablement and client onboarding
• Maintain a bank of brand assets and templates that enable marketing and other teams across HealthHero to work efficiently and deliver materials that are consistently on brand
• Aid the fast repurposing of content for different channels (eg. blogs, social media, website) to enhance engagement with key audience groups
• Fulfil various other design needs including the creation of PowerPoint templates and presentations, signage, event materials etc
• Assist in the review and improvement of client and pitch materials
