Who you are
- Product ownership mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A problem solver with a keen eye for detail
- Fundamental understanding of foundational LLM models, RAG, embeddings, vector databases
- Extensive experience coding AI solutions with AWS (Bedrock, OpenSearch), experience building RAG
- Familiarity with open-source tools like LangChain, Langfuse, CrewAI is desirable
- Proficiency in Python
- Experience integrating with 3rd party services (Google Drive, Slack, AWS, Salesforce)
- Postgres database and Redis experience
- A self starter - able to take and own a problem and, by seeking assistance where needed, follow it through to resolution
What the job involves
- This is an exciting opportunity in which the successful candidate will work in the IT department of B2C2, investigating business needs and crafting solutions to them using AI toolkits
- Define and drive the vision and strategy for AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify opportunities where AI can add value
- Design, develop and deploy proprietary AI applications
- Evaluation and oversight of the use of off-the-shelf AI applications
- Building and leading a small team of developers (1 to 3)
