What the job involves
- We're the fastest-growing B2B renewable energy platform in Europe. Active in Germany and Austria now, and headed Pan-European. We want to move fast — the market needs a new solution now and we intend to own it
- We're looking for a Head of Product to own vision, strategy, and execution across the entire product platform. You'll shape the product that makes European industry competitive again — and you'll do it at pace. This role is based in Berlin. trawa is an "office first" company, which means you will work from the office typically five days per week
- Product Vision & Strategy: Own the product vision and roadmap across our three products Energy Supply, Energy Management Software and Flexibility Solutions. Turn market dynamics and customer pain into a clear, prioritized strategy that compounds value across products
- Value Delivery at Scale: Drive value delivery and roadmap execution across teams, products, and geographies. Own the metrics that matter. Turn data into decisions and trade-offs into momentum
- Team & Organisation: Build and lead high-performing product teams. Partner with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Operations. Create an environment where exceptional people do their best work
Our take
The global demand for renewable electricity is skyrocketing, reflecting the new commitments that are necessary for cutting down carbon emissions. While most companies, including smaller ones, are seeking access to renewable energy, as it stands sustainable energy is only accessible to companies with larger financial means.
Berlin-based Trawa is looking to challenge this narrative by building a digital, data-driven energy provider that helps businesses decarbonise their electricity consumption. With a particular focus on SMEs in the manufacturing and processing sectors, Trawa is enabling companies to make the switch to green electricity and join a growing circle of enterprises committed to the future of sustainability.
The startup has secured substantial funding over the years that will help accelerate its growth. While Trawa is still relatively new to the scene, it's making waves in its mission to revolutionise renewable energy and looks set for a bright future.
