Who you are
- The right person for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of Account Executives through skill development and adherence to activity standards while providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and the ability to build a high-performance sales culture
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of IC enterprise sales experience and 3 years of management experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, complex deals
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Technical Acumen: Understanding IT management solutions and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables)

What the job involves
- The Sales Manager position is responsible for the development and management of a team of up to 4 quota-carrying Commercial Account Executives (AEs)
- Each AE is responsible for maintaining high activity levels, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering on assigned monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets
- In this role, you are responsible for the AE leadership, execution, and revenue goal achievement
- Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the enterprise sector, aiming to exceed sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth
- Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales leadership team to develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing accounts
- Customer Engagement: Conduct presentations, product demos, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value of Kandji’s solutions to prospective clients
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction
Our take
Device and application management is essential for the maintenance of an IT stack, with particular emphasis on frequent updating and compliance. This can be a laborious and repetitive task, so management software exists to automate these processes. However, existing solutions are generally aimed towards IT departments running on Windows.
Iru, formerly Kandji, provides a mobile device management platform that facilitates the remote maintenance of Apple-based IT stacks. Users can manage IT devices, applications, networking and compliance within a zero-touch automation system. The need for this service in companies using Apple hardware is clear: it has been adopted by major enterprises such as Belkin, Crunchbase and Notion.
As the Apple device management market is also expanding at speed, Iru is well poised to continue its run of success. It has raised significant funding across several rounds, the latest of which came in 2024 and helped it launch its new AI-powered unified IT and security platform. This new product signifies a new approach to IT and security management and exemplifies Iru's ability to continuously innovate its market.
